I was contracted as a Brand Manager for SelfMade in October 2017. My primary role was to manage business level accounts for SelfMade, which consisted of the highest paying customers of the product.
Because this was a new role, I started with less than 5 business accounts and helped them scale to over 40 business accounts in one month.
In addition to managing their new business accounts, I worked with developers on the team to help build an online experience that would help the product manage the activities at scale. This was done through extensive UX research and prototyping
I primarily advised these businesses and social media influencers on their social media strategy, which included creating ad strategy, daily social media posting & engagement, as well as creative rebranding
